INGREDIENTS:
30g of Bodybuilding Warehouse Premium Whey - Banoffee
1 medium banana
185g liquid egg whites (1 cup)
20g macadamia nuts (1/8 cup)
20g rolled oats (1/4 cup)

DIRECTIONS: Blend together all the above ingredients and fry up
on a nonstick pan. I topped the whole thing with sugar free maple syrup and
sprinkled with cinnamon.
MACROS: (for all the pancakes which, like I said, could easily
feed two): 534kcals, 42g carbs, 50g protein, 21g fat and 5.5g fiber.
