Ingredients:
60ml of whole milk
30g of almond butter
3g of cocoa powder (+3g for rolling)
30g of Bodybuilding Warehouse Premium Whey – Choc-Cookie (could also use vanilla, or toffee)
40g hulled hemp seeds
5g of coconut flour


Directions: Place all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix them with your hands. The mixture will be sticky. If it’s too dry, add a bit more milk. You want the mixture to be sticky but sticky enough that it allows you to roll it into balls. Form 8 balls and roll them in cocoa.

Macros per 1 out of 8: 74.25kcals, 2.7g carbs, 5.3g protein, 5g fat (0.7g sat), and 0.8g fiber.
