“Chunky Monkey Flapjacks”

Ingredients:

200g Porridge Oats

8 scoops BBW Vanilla Protein

2 tablespoons Peanut Butter

100ml of Milk

Maple Syrup

Sugar (as much as you want)

Chocolate Chunks

Dried Bananas

 

Mix together mixture and place in a baking try on gas mark 6 (or 204°C) for 15 minutes. Leave to cool and cut into pieces or bars….BAM! Great Flapjacks!
