Vanilla Pancakes topped with ‘Sludge’ 

Ingredients:

50g Oats

150g cottage cheese

2 whole eggs

2-3 egg whites

1-2 scoops Bodybuilding Warehouse Vanilla Premium Whey

Throw it all in the blender…blend it together… and you have your batter!

Once the pancakes are ready you then mix the ‘Sludge’:

20-30g Peanut butter wiith 20g BBW Chocolate Casein and a splash of water to create a ‘sludge’ to smear on top of the pancakes!! YUM!
