I am not really one for Natural testosterone boosters however recently I have noticed some coming onto the market that actually can make a difference when combined with the right diet and training program. One of these in particular that I have had the pleasure of trialling is Anabolic Design’s Tauro Test and overall I was very impressed. I started the product using two tablets morning and two mid afternoon  then two before bed and didn’t change my diet in the slightest in order to see if the changes experienced were actually down to the product or not.

As with all the Anabolic Design products I have used they always include ingredients designed to set them aside from the competition in order to provide a unique supplement that always does what it says it will do. Included in the tauro test is a mixture called Estocut which is designed to reduce your estrogen levels which in turn will allow the body to utilise that lovely thing we call testosterone much more efficiently allowing the body to build lean muscle and burn that unwanted fat in effective levels. It has a testosterone boosting matrix called ‘Testobullism’ made up of 5 great testosterone boosting items including fenugreek, horny goat weed, methoxyisoflavone, long jack and 3,4 divanillytetrahydrofuman all these ingredients work synergistically in boosting those natural testosterone levels and it is something that after a couple of weeks consistent use you can actually tell is happening in the body with increases in strength and what I noticed which was a rise in libido, always nice.

Another thing Tauro test is designed to do is increase your natural growth hormone levels and I noticed this happening when I was experiencing better quality sleep whilst using the product this is delivered via the ‘secretrophin’ blend of aloha gpc and macuna puriens, higher growth hormone levels also have been shown to decrease bodyfat which I also noticed slightly whilst using this product.

All this is delivered using tauro drive a delivery matrix including things such as cayenne powder, zinc, vitamin b6 black pepper and ginger root.

I would definitely be willing to recommend this product to my personal training clients and anyone that asks about it, and personally I will be looking to use it again in a few weeks time following a slight break in order to keep the effectiveness of this within the body. Once again if you require any diet or training advice feel free to add me on facebook and also check out and like my personal training page ‘Bodycatchers – personal training and nutrition tailored for you’ on facebook.
